All of our Exhaust systems start with a template. Either we schedule a visit to the vessel to mock up an entirely new exhaust, or use a exisiting piece to build a jig in our shop.

Our hangers and flanges are all made in house out of 316 Stainless Steel. These parts are built of thicker material than the competition to ensure a longer lasting piece in the harshest conditions. Our flangers are CNC milled and trued on a lathe to ensure a tight fit.

After years of working on these diesel engine exhuasts, we learned the industry standard for materiality and weld quality just wasn’t cutting it. Our mixers are built of schedule 40 316 Stainless Steel with .25” thick CNC machined port jets to ensure a long lasting and resilient component.

After the exhaust has been test fit in our jig with a single root pass to hold it together, we proceed to fill in the joints with 2-3 more passes for a complete, clean bond. We continually clean and fit between each pass to control the movement in the piece.
